Talk or type what you ate, it does the rest.

A food diary for iPhone that you simply talk to. No forms, no endless databases: it logs calories, macros and vitamins, learns your usuals, tracks your fasts and syncs with Apple Health.

  • Works with Apple Health
  • No ads, data never sold
  • Made in the UK

Three steps, about twenty seconds.

No searching a database, no weighing everything, no forms.

  1. 1

    Say it

Say or type what you ate in plain words: "porridge with blueberries and a flat white". Or photograph the plate, or the nutrition label.

  2. 2

    Check it

Foods you have had before come from your own catalogue, a label is read for its real figures, and the rest is estimated. You see the calories and macros before anything is saved.

  3. 3

    Correct it

One thing wrong? Say so: "the coffee was a large one". Only that changes, and it remembers for next time.

"I found myself logging everything by just chatting, so I wanted the app to work like that, and less like an old-fashioned press this, press that.

The apps that let you snap a photo were close, but when the AI got something wrong you couldn't just tell it. It would start from scratch, or you'd correct one thing on a plate of five and it would break another, because it had no idea what you'd just said.

GK Health remembers what you've said and learns you. The app fits you; you don't fit the app. That's why it feels so natural and easy: it's tailored to how you eat and the foods you actually have. I use it every day."

Graham, Founder

Fix one thing. Keep the rest.

Other photo apps get your plate nearly right, four things out of five. Then you correct the one that's wrong, and it starts again from scratch, or fixes it and breaks something that was fine, because it has already forgotten what you just told it.

GK Health keeps the conversation. Tell it what's off in plain words and only that changes.

Glowing connected droplets around a brain and heart, representing an app that learns your habits

It learns your habits over time.

GK Health isn't a static database. Your foods become your personal catalogue. Say "my usual breakfast" and it knows exactly what to log. It notices if you had the same thing yesterday, making tracking faster the more you use it.

Two glowing rings linked together, representing GK Health and Apple Health sharing data

Apple Health, both ways.

GK Health reads your weight, steps, active energy, heart rate, sleep and workouts, so you can ask how your whole day went, not just what you ate. Every meal you log is written back to Apple Health too.

And there are no forms or pickers: it works out whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack from the time and what you've already had. Got it wrong? Just say "that was dinner".

Simple pricing. Strict privacy.

No ads. Your data is never sold. Choose the plan that fits you.

Questions people ask

Is there an Android or web version?

No. GK Health is an iPhone and iPad app, built natively with SwiftUI. There is no Android or web version.

Does it work with Apple Health?

Yes, two ways. It reads your weight, steps, active energy, heart rate, resting heart rate, sleep and workouts to understand your day. It also writes the meals and macros you log back to Apple Health automatically.

How does it know what's in my food?

Three ways. Photograph a nutrition label and it reads the real figures. Foods you have logged before come from your own catalogue. Anything else is estimated by AI, and you see the calories and macros before anything is saved. Correct it in plain words and it remembers for next time.

Is it a diet?

No. It is a factual tracking tool. Whether you are tracking macros closely, managing a 16:8 fast, or just trying to eat more fibre, it simply reflects the reality of what you eat without judgement.

What does it cost?

The planned price is ยฃ10 a month or ยฃ100 a year. Both options come with a 7-day free trial, and everything is included in the one subscription.

Do I have to use intermittent fasting?

Not at all. The fasting timers, streaks, and ketone explanations are entirely optional. If you just want to track meals, the fasting features stay out of your way.

How long do you keep my data?

For as long as you have an account. Nothing is pruned, archived or quietly thrown away - your diary from two years ago is still there. When you delete your account in the app, everything is switched off at once and removed for good thirty days later; signing in again within those thirty days brings it all back.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

You tell it, in words, and only that changes. "The tomatoes were six, not eight hundred grams" fixes the tomatoes and leaves the rest of the plate exactly as it was. Your saved foods never change behind your back either: a product's figures come from its label and stay put until you ask.

Is my data sold to advertisers?

Never. There are no ads in GK Health, and your personal data is never sold. Our only source of revenue is your direct subscription.
